I cannot say enough good things about Patriot Glass and Mirrors, owner William Hawk, and his associate Chris. We were stranded over 7 hours away from home while camping after a storm destroyed our windshield, and these guys absolutely went above and beyond for us. William answered the phone on Memorial Day and took time out of his holiday to call around and locate the glass we needed. Even though he couldn’t get the windshield until the following morning, he still drove an hour and a half to come install it. After arriving, they discovered they had been given the wrong piece of glass. Most companies would have called it quits for the day, but not William and Chris. They turned around, drove another hour and a half back to get the correct windshield, and then returned hours later to finish the installation so we could safely get back on the road and make it home. Their dedication, professionalism, and willingness to help in a stressful situation were incredible. It’s rare to find people who truly care about their customers the way they do. If you need glass work done, I highly recommend Patriot Glass and Mirrors. Outstanding service from genuinely great people.
